A lift planner working across two FPSOs in West Africa faced ongoing difficulties in efficiently planning and executing lifts, particularly for critical components such as valves and compressors. 

Without up-to-date asset visualisation, significant delays were being experienced in identifying equipment and access points, as well as uncertainty around structural interferences. Inefficient communication between teams and a high-degree of dependency on offshore personnel made operations even more difficult.
