James Fisher partnered with Mole Valley Farmers to strengthen animal feed supply, improve distribution control and support more sustainable logistics through its Plymouth-based port, Cattedown Wharves.

Challenge

Mole Valley Farmers needed greater control and resilience across its animal feed supply chain. Ingredients were often transported hundreds of miles from other UK ports, creating logistical challenges, delivery delays and greater exposure to global supply chain disruption.
