Kentish Flats offshore wind farm required additional works to ensure continued successful operation. Osiris provided diving personnel to aid the remedial burial of cable.

Osiris (now part of James Fisher Subsea) successfully carried out remedial cable burial where reaching the required depth was expected to be difficult. To help protect the cables that could not reach the required depths, rock filled net gabions were prepared.

In addition to continual diving support, Osiris provided a tower access and a confined-space team to act as emergency response units and support for personnel installing strain gauges within the tower structures.

Services provided:

  • Remedial cable burial
  • Cable protection works
  • General diving services
  • Confined-space entry
  • Confined-space rescue
