LNG ship to ship services
James Fisher provides LNG ship to ship services for projects worldwide. All operations are carried out in accordance with the latest Ship to Ship Transfer Guide for Petroleum, Chemicals and Liquefied Gases, ensuring safe and controlled LNG transfers. Our experience includes supporting specialist LNG operations in regions such as the Eastern Mediterranean.
Emergency and salvage STS services

Certified STS equipment
All equipment is certified to the highest standards and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidance and OCIMF’s Ship to Ship Transfer Guide for Petroleum, Chemicals and Liquefied Gases.
Our equipment includes:
- Genuine Yokohama pneumatic fenders for high durability and asset protection
- Yokohama STS hoses, handled and tested to BS EN 1765 and BS 1435 2
- Ancillary equipment required for safe STS operations
Ship to ship transfer hoses
Our Yokohama rubber STS hoses are widely used in offshore operations and are recognised for their reliability and long service life, even in harsh operating environments. All hoses meet the international standard EN1765.

- Heavy duty design providing burst resilience exceeding five times the operating pressure
- Helix wire free construction preventing permanent deformation and allowing recovery after kinking or minor vacuum
