Comfortable and safe recompression systems

Built on decades of expertise and innovation, our systems provide divers with a safe, controlled environment for extended underwater work at depth. From advanced life-support technology to integrated operational controls, every solution is engineered for reliability, efficiency and compliance with the highest international standards.

Whether supporting offshore energy projects, subsea construction, or complex inspection and repair campaigns, our saturation diving systems enable your team to operate with confidence and precision—maximising productivity while prioritising diver safety.

Why partner with JFD?

Modular saturation diving systems

JFD's Divex modular saturation diving systems are designed to be rapidly deployable and flexible to allow rapid configuration on a variety of vessels.

Typically 12-man systems with two or three decompression chambers and a single bell, each system “module” is built into either a robust protection frame or a purpose-built offshore-rated container.

The modules are designed so that they can be quickly assembled and achieve accurate alignment, in order to minimise expensive mobilisation time in port.

The decompression chambers are spacious and comfortable and the three man diving bell is ergonomically laid out.

The dive and saturation control rooms are air-conditioned and lined, with marine doors and windows fitted.  All the life support machinery, gas recovery system and main electrical switchboards are housed in a robust purpose-built container.

The systems are typically built under Lloyds Register class survey.

Portable recompression chambers

We offer a comprehensive range of recompression chambers for commercial diving activities as well as naval training establishments, operational diving units and military medical facilities.

Our world class design expertise and engineering facilities ensure our chambers and diving systems are manufactured to international or nationally recognised standards including PD5500, ASME PVHO and TUV.

Explore our range of Portable Recompression Chambers:

TC1150 – The TC1150 transport chamber incorporates an integral trolley with detachable tow-bar, making it easily manoeuvrable by one person and ideal for supporting detached diving operations.

TC1000 – This lightweight, fully transportable, two-man TC1000 transport chamber provides on-site recompression treatment and transport of divers under pressure.

TC650 – The easily mobilised, TC650 one person transport chamber provides on-site recompression treatments and transport under pressure to larger treatment chambers.

Integrated saturation diving systems

JFD offer a flexible range of designs of 12, 18 and 24-man saturation systems for integration into new diving support vessels.

Recent integrated systems have been design-approved and classified by Lloyds Register and DNV and can be offered with full compliance to NORSOK for operations in the Norwegian sector.

Our integrated saturation diving systems represent state-of-the-art technology. Recent innovations and the adaptation of existing technologies for diving applications have resulted in significant operational advantages and allow operators to continue working in sea states which would previously have seen the suspension of diving.

The systems provide a much more comfortable, quieter and safer environment for the divers than previous generations of systems, and this contributes greatly to diver efficiency.
