The course is designed for personnel who support, manage or interface with diving operations, including project engineers, planners, client representatives, HSEQ personnel, marine crew, ROV personnel and crewing teams.
Delivered at JFD’s National Hyperbaric Centre in Aberdeen, the course combines theoretical learning with practical demonstrations of commercial diving systems and procedures.
A key element of the programme includes an overnight stay within a saturation diving system, providing delegates with an understanding of the living conditions associated with saturation diving operations.
The course includes familiarisation with commercial diving equipment, an introduction to hyperbaric systems and observation of diving operations within the indoor dive tank facility.
