Stop the Job

Exceptional Safety
We believe that safety is a shared responsibility, and we empower all employees to take an active role in maintaining a safe workplace.
This includes:
-
Stopping Work if Unsafe: We empower all employees to stop any task if they perceive it to be unsafe.
-
Taking Two Minutes: Before commencing any task, take a moment to evaluate the situation. This brief pause is crucial for identifying potential hazards and ensuring safe practices.
-
Reporting Incidents on Intelex: We use the Intelex platform to report incidents, near misses and safety concerns. Prompt reporting allows us to address issues swiftly, prevent future occurrences, and incorporate lessons learned to continuously improve our safety practices.
