During the first interview, we’ll assess your abilities and past experiences, focusing on how you demonstrate key skills and align with our company values. It’s also your chance to assess if the role and company are a good fit for you. If any additional preparation is needed, such as presentations or work samples, we’ll let you know in advance. Be sure to review our website and come with questions.

If you’re successful, you’ll be invited for a more in-depth interview, usually with the hiring manager and other team members. This interview is typically competency-based and will delve deeper into your experience and how you align with the team and company culture. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a task designed to evaluate specific skills, knowledge, or problem-solving abilities relevant to the role. Details will be provided if applicable.

After all your interviews and assessments have taken place, we'll review all the feedback and make our decision. This process may take a couple of weeks. If you're successful, we'll send you a formal job offer with details of your salary, benefits and next steps. If unsuccessful, we will let you know of the outcome.
