Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 

  James Fisher and Sons Plc (the 'Company') has posted its 2021 Report and Accounts and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to shareholders. The Report and Accounts is available on the Company's website here with the Notice of AGM available here.

AGM 

The Company's 2022 AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 5 May 2022 at the Abbey House Hotel & Gardens, Abbey Road, Barrow-in-Furness, LA13 0PA. Shareholders can vote online via www.signalshares.com.
