Mind marathon man raises funds

In April, JF Everard operations director, Richard Dowding successfully ran the Brighton marathon in 4 hrs 14 minutes.

Richard raised £1610 in sponsorship for his achievement, on behalf of the charity MIND.

He says:

‘It’s an important charity, and I was keen to help raise much-needed funds and awareness for mental health issues and depression. I wanted to do something to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health so that it can be openly discussed without judgement.’
