New alliance for Subtech in Mozambique

Subtech Mozambique has formed an alliance with Alpha Logistics and LBH Mozambique to provide a complete logistics and services solution for Mozambique’s growing gas industry.

The Mocimboa Alliance is providing diving, materials handling, clearing and forwarding, a ships agency, waste management and environmental services.

Its initial focus will be at the strategically important port of Mocimboa da Praia which although small, is very close to significant oil and gas development at Palma.

The three alliance companies bring together over 30 years of local knowledge and experience, as well as equipment and provide a holistic marine and logistics services solution.

The alliance members each bring expertise and equipment from current operations in the region and plan to develop the area together to ensure it can provide a complete logistics operation.

Neil Scott Williams, managing director of Subtech Inshore says:

‘Offering a logistical solution, based on the combined capability and in-country presence, skills and facilities of Subtech, Alpha and LBH, will produce innovative and client-centred solutions to any logistical challenges in the region.’
