Dream jobs for 2018 graduate intake
This year’s graduate recruits have now joined the the James Fisher group.
Introducing the new recruits; (left to right) Lauren Crawford, Carly Robertson, Henry Parker and Rorie Tracey. With degrees in a range of disciplines including science, engineering and logistics, the four underwent a stringent application process to be accepted on to the group graduate scheme.
They will be joined by Hatti Sonley (not pictured), who, as apprentice of the year in 2016 while at JF Nuclear, has been offered the chance to go through the same group development programme. The five will all be working with various teams across the group, honing their project management, sales, marketing, business management and leadership skills.
Rorie Tracey, who left the University of Strathclyde earlier this year with an MEng in Mechanical Engineering with Financial Management says:
‘This scheme really stands out as it offers an opportunity to get practical, first-hand experience of core business skills such as project management, people management and financial planning.
The next few months will be challenging but I am looking forward becoming immersed in the business and getting to grips with current projects.’Â
