We are currently looking for a full time Receptionist, the position would suit someone with a good phone manner, positive outlook, customer focused and good IT skills.
- Manage all phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner, using an iPECS phone system.
- Recording staff holidays, manually and on a spreadsheet.
- Booking ferry crossing as required by staff members.
- Liaising with various suppliers.
- Arranging hospitality when required.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining internal phone lists.
- Managing Stationery requirements.
Required Skills / Experience:
- MS Office programs (word, Excel, Access, Power point, Outlook) essential.
- Organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as confident and courteous email/telephone manner.
- Driven to achieve customer satisfaction.
