James Fisher Everard (JFE) has been operating tankers for over 40 years and presently operates a fleet of 17 double-hulled product tankers which carry petrol, diesel, kerosene and biofuels.

The Clyde Fisher, a vessel built around safety and performance, has the largest dead weight tonnage (DWT) of our fleet at just short of 13,000 DWT. In operation since 2005, the vessel currently works within the 17 strong, double hulled tanker fleet along the European coastlines.

A sister vessel (built of the same class and design) of the Clyde Fisher, this double-hulled ship tanker works alongside part of the 17-strong James Fisher Everard (JFE) fleet.

The Clyde Fisher has carried out work for the Ministry of Defence (MoD), successfully transporting fuel to the Falklands. She also boasts green credentials by operating with a state-of the-art electric diesel hybrid engine.

The Forth Fisher is one of the longest-serving vessels within the fleet, having been built in 1997.

The twin-hulled vessel carries out charters along the European coast as part of the 17-strong fleet. In January 2007 she was instrumental in helping to clear up the ‘Napoli’ spillage from the UK south coast. She is also one of the vessels on standby as an emergency oil spill response vessel for the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA).

Trading on the west coast UK and Ireland, the Galway Fisher is also on standby as an emergency oil spill response vessel for the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA). A strong performing vessel, the Galway Fisher has a committed and efficient crew who have achieved 4,000 days without Lost Time Injury (LTI). The Kestrel Fisher is the youngest member of our fleet and sister vessel to the King Fisher. 

A state-of-the-art vessel, she was officially christened in October 2013 and is now in operations with James Fisher Everard (JFE) as a part of the 17-strong tanker fleet. She currently trades predominantly on the spot market.

One of the latest vessels to be added to the fleet, the King Fisher was launched in 2013 by Damen - who also built the Solway and Shannon Fishers.

This state-of-the-art double hulled vessel was launched in Harlingen, Netherlands - an event attended by charterers and brokers from the UK and France. She currently trades predominantly on the spot market.

The Mersey Fisher operates in and around the European coastline, a relentless stretch of water which requires planning and expertise to navigate.

With a highly experienced crew possessing extensive knowledge of the ship, waters and shipping lanes where it charters, the Mersey Fisher successfully delivers upon the requirements of its customers. She is currently trading around the east coast UK servicing the oil majors.

A top performing ship within the fleet, the Milford Fisher has an outstanding safety record keeping Lost Time Injury (LTI) to a minimum. The vessel was recently recognised by Classification Society Lloyds Register who awarded the Milford Fisher a special Recognition of Achievement Award. The award, presented in October 2013, was for the record-breaking achievement of covering in excess of 1,000 voyages and transporting more than six billion litres of fuel without a single LTI. The Milford Fisher is currently on bareboat charter, trading in the Mediterranean.

Sarnia Cherie was built in 1997, with a dead weight tonnage (DWT) of 4,765. A NABSA (maritime agency) vessel that is instrumental in supplying the Channel Islands, she has a long-standing crew whose knowledge of the unrelenting European coastline enables them to deliver the highest standards of safety, quality and vessel performance.

Adhering to strict regulations the Sarnia Liberty offers a dead weight tonnage (DWT) of 3,532 and provides a cost effective and green solution to transportation. She is currently trading predominantly on the east coast UK supplying cargoes to the Scottish Highlands and islands.
